When a new toner is installed in a Brother HL-1110 or HL-1210W printer, a reset gear turns and triggers a switch to reset the toner counter.
Sometimes the toner counter doesn’t get reset and realigning the reset gear is a little bit too techy for most users.
However there is a continue mode that will let you carry on using the toner regardless of the toner counter. It’s very easy to do:
For– HL1110 and HL1210W
- Press the power button 7 times to enter continue mode.
- Done. You should now be able to print fine.
- If you want to exit continue mode press the power button 7 times.
